Rotten is good! Rotten is the great news!

I'm only 6 weeks out of rotten phase and I've already forgotten how awful it was. Here's what worked for me:
Fizzy water
Sushi ginger
Carbs - the simpler the better. Have heard this is because your body puts all its energy into building your BABY (yay!) so simple carbs make it not work too hard.
Sea bands (buy from chemist, wear before your worst times of day)
