Congratulations - that is wonderful news!!!
I think it is so lovely for you to have them so close together. My DD1 and DS are a little over 12 months apart and I love how close they are in age and friendship.
I can understand that you are worried about your sister - the only thing that I can suggest is that you tell her in private before you tell anyone else so she has a heads up. Don't expect anything from her and let her just react the way that she wants to. It is lovely of you to think of her.
Enjoy your pregnancy and planning for your next bub!

Congrats!
We had a 'woopsie' too :) We were only going to have 2 kids but # 3 is on the way. (# 2 is only 10 months old)
In the very early days I was really stressed about how I would cope with 2 close together, but the hormones in early pregnancy can make us very sensitive and extra emotional, so you can also blame them for how you are feeling too.
It took us nearly 3yrs to TTC #2 and I know when I found out others around me were pregnant it was hard but only because I couldn't wait for our turn, otherwise I was very happy for them, as I knew they would be happy for us when our turn came.
I agree with Just Me's post, about telling your sister in private if you can.
Best of luck! I'm sure you'll feel better about it all when the hormones settle down a bit more :)

just a update ladies...
As i recently just hit the 12 week mark, and also the fact my belly is starting to **** out like ive eaten one to many cheeseburgers i decided to tell my parents we are expecting #2 already! They were in complete shock as its very quick but as explained it was our little woopsie anyway all went fine, besides her complaining shes not old enough to have 3 grandchildren shes only 44 haha :) anyway while there DP and dad wondered off to look in the sports shop so i took the opportunity to ask mum how to approach my sister.
mum advised me to invite her over to dinner tonight as dp wont be home as his going to his best mates going away BBQ. so she is coming over at 7pm so that gives me time to get Oscar to bed etc.. anyway this is where i need your ladies help.
WHAT DO I SAY! i know my sister and she is going to be angry/upset no matter what i say. Im not a confrontational kind of person, and try avoid conflict.
so if anyone has any tips to start the convo off etc.. it would be greatly appreciatedd

Congratulations!! You are so sweet thinking about your sister like that. But this is YOUR exciting news, she will get used to the idea and should be happy for you!!!!
You're just lucky you are super fertile ;)
You should tell everyone soon, maybe at 12wks? And expect people to congratulate you and be happy for you as this is nothing but happy news! If others can't be happy for you or they are jealous than that is there problem hun
