Thanks so much lovely people for all your best wishes. It means a lot of me to have your virtual support and it feels great to tell people as we have now decided that no one is finding out (except for 1 close friend who I told in person as she lives away from me and happened to be visiting) until 8 weeks. That is only 3 and a bit weeks away but I am worried that something will be wrong by miracle bubs...

Hopefully I can convience the F.S. to give us a transvaginal scan when we see him to D.H.'s gene results (we want to know the results for next time and so we don't worry for 2 years until we need ivf next time - though here's hoping that we don't ever need IVF!).

Anyway I'm going to be hanging round in the due April threads (Dr's due date is 13th but by 38 weeks from ovulation I make it 17th April). Thanks again to all of you!

P.S. I used to hang around the pregnancy annoucement and birth story threads and congratulate people but when we found out about our male factor infertility (supposedly!) it became a bit too much to read other people's good news. So that's why some of you won't have seen me round much.

Congrats. I wish you a happy & healthy pregnancy. It's amazing how many people conceive when they've been told IVF is their only option. Just goes to show that the doctors don't know everything.

I am sorry to post an un-pregnancy annoucement. Yesterday I started heavy bleeding with cramping which has continued overnight. As I said to my DH "I think miracle bub is saying goodbye". We only knew I was pregnant for 1 week. We are both devasted by this and I might not be around for a while. Thanks for all your well wishes - this has been the best week of my life and now the worst. We are both trusting God who is in control of all things even though its heart wrenching at this time.

I'm so sorry for your loss Ruth. Take all the time you need before coming back. :hug:

Oh hun, It is so cruel isn't it? You can come join me with being angry at AF. This little angel was too perfect to see the earth, and will see you up in heaven. :hug: I know how you are feeling!
