I don't 'feel' pregnant

Hi,
This is my first pregnancy and I'm 10 weeks. Just wondering if anyone else had very little or no symptoms in their first trimester. My boobs are a little sore, not very and that's about it. It just doesn't feel normal. Not due for my first scan until 12 weeks.

My symptoms have really just hit in the last few weeks. Early on I was worried because I didn't feel anything when it seemed everyone else did! But then it all come on eventually.

Maybe you're just lucky and won't get any m/s etc!

Tan i am almost 19 weeks today and only JUST starting to realise i have a baby in my belly..

I had no m/s at all and the only symptom i have had is the peeing and the sore breasts.. Fingers crossed for you that you are one of the lucky ones to escape without m/s.. [-o<

I had sore boobs and was a bit more tired than usual, but not a sign of m/s for both pg's. Enjoy the fact that you've missed out on a rotten part of pregnancy.

It can be hard to believe it's true, but before too long your belly will pop out and you'll start to feel little flutters.

I am in the exact same state atm & it is driving me bonkers. I find myself stressing about whether everything is going ok.

But I know that things will be fine, guess after having very sickie pg's the last 2 times it is nice to have one that is so kind to me.

With this pregnancy, I have basically had no m/s and my bbs have only felt slightly sensitive and that only lasted for a couple of weeks.

All I can say enjoy it, by the looks of things you are going to be one of these lucky ones that have a pretty much symptom free pregnancy.

I'm nearly 7 weeks along and have had barely any symptoms either. If I hadn't done a pregnancy test last weekend I still don't think I'd have any idea that I was pregnant!

I've had no nausea whatsoever but everyone keeps telling me it will come in time.

I totally understand how you feel. I know it sounds weird but I don't think I'll 'feel' pregnant until I get sick.

Oh thank goodnmess, someone like me I am 6weeks 4days, and i am so nervous, as i have not gelt sick. Only boobs are bigger and so sore. (buit could this be the progesterone pessaries still??) i have had the odd taste in my mouth but thats about it , and i havent been to tired, but maybe thats cos i am excited that i finally concieved..

I was so worried that there was nothing inside me when i first found out, i wasnt sick or overly tired, i felt normal and i really wanted to be sick, i couldnt wait until my Ob appointment so i could finally get to see that there was something in there and there was, trust me, you are lucky that you arent sick, enjoy it!

I am the same too, I have had only a few fleeting moments of queeziness, but the rest of the time normal....excpet for the tiredness.

I have too been wondering if I imagined the whole thing....except for the blaoting in the evening, but I am sure, as soon as I return to work next week, Murphy's Law will step In and I will be as sick as a dog..LOL

Thankyou all for your reassurances. I had my first scan yesterday and bubs exists! I heard his heartbeat and he was moving heaps so I'm feeling a lot better now. I've still had very little symptoms so far, so I'm hoping the rest of my pregnancy is this easy! O

Hi Tan, Firstly congratulations on the bubba, I was exactly the same as you early PG no morning sickness no nausia boobs were a lil sore and i was overly tired but that was it i kept forgetting i was pregnant at all!. Throughout my pregnancy i have still had no symptoms and the doc said im cruising through it if bubby wasnt moving then i still think id forget it was there. Some women have every symptom under the sun others dont have any, You may get more symptoms as you progress but just take it as it comes and enjoy it. It truely is a magical experience.

i was 6 weeks when i discovered i was pregnant, and i had no idea. i had a little bit of nausea and that was about it!

more of the symptoms kicked in around 11 weeks for me, as yucky as i felt, its just a little reminder that you are pregnant!!

Tan great to hear that your u/s has reassured you. I am still having a lot of days where symptoms are non existent, although my m/s seems to have kicked in a little atm, & here I was thinking I'm past 12wks so I should be fine!! Even now if it weren't for the u/s pictures & the belly that I've already developed I could have my doubts as to whether I am actually even pg.

I'm so glad I found this post. I really don't think I have any symptoms either. I did another HPT this morning just to check. I sometimes have a little heartburn and a few twinges in the tummy but I don't feel sick at all. Like ChrissyT, I feel really bloated by the end of the day. I have my first appointment with the OB in three weeks (approx 8 weeks PG) so hopefully I will get a scan or something to check bubs is all ok.

I'm glad I'm not the only one then! I'm now almost 16 weeks and still no real major symptoms. I had a bad bout of constipation a couple of weeks ago and my clothes are now getting a little tighter but thats it! I'm sure it will all catch up with me somewhere along the line, probably during childbirth, I'll end up in labour for days!

What is this peeing sympton you get whilest pregnancy. All i have had in sore boobs.

Although I am only 5 weeks I stress out that there are no symptoms. Other than feeling a little off sometimes and very ditzy I feel that you can't be pg without the sore bb's. Luckily I have been having blood tests and HCG is now up to 60 which is reassuring. Can't wait to have that first scan - when do you usually have your first one?
