    Needing some positive stories please

Hi all, please somebody reply to this. After it took 8 years and a tonne of ivf we were blessed with our little girls. I now find myself in the early stages of a natural pregnancy and am Uber anxious. I had a blood test at 4w1d which was 110 and I did another hcg today at 4w1d but it's only come back at 160. Would love love love some success stories from others with similar numbers as I don't feel like this pregnancy should end in mc - I felt so good and positive about it.

I'd forgotten how much ltttc and mc hurts.

Congrats on your pregnancy I remember your story and the elation at the arrival of your girls!
I don't have a similar story but with both my successful pregnancies had lower numbers than you at the start and was always given the hushed let's see what happens response from ob.
So I say everybody is different and the rule seems to be doubling every 48 hours but when you look into some research they say doubling every 72 hours is a good gauge.
Stay positive and wait for your next blood test. I'm crossing everything for you x

I don't have any answers but I just wanted to say Good Luck and try and stay positive, I know it can be very hard to do. Congratulations on your pregnancy

Is it weird that I'm actually ok? The slow rising brought bad so many bad memories, I'd blocked out just how much our past hurt and tbh, while it would've been SO amazing if everything was ok, I also don't know how I would've managed with the accompanying anxiety. Does that make me really odd?

I think our hard journeys make us that way. I spent most of my last pregnancy expecting something to go wrong.
Hugs and be gentle with yourself x

Hello i don't know about all this stuff and what the numbers mean but I wish you all the very best and hope no matter what that you and hubby and family will be happy and healthy. I am 8 Wk preg and have Pcos so i know what it's like to worry, plus I take meds which are supposed to be teratogenic ( docs telling me not to stress as chances of something happening are low) still I worry. Good luck to you.
