lol glad to hear I'm not the only one who can't stop eating bad foods :dance:
I started off well, fruits and lots of them, now I'm onto salt and vinegar chips, can't get enough of them...I crave hot chips with gravy so gave in, but just once :p Food makes me feel better too and the weight is coming on fast, I hope the coming weeks the sickness buggars off and I can just maintain normal weight otherwise I'm gonna look like the side of a bus :lol:
The pregnancy vitamins gave me really bad constipation, despite eating fibre and lots of fruit so I stopped. I have to research a little more but thinking Actilax will be ok to take so I'll get onto the research, buy some and get back to the vitamins. I was a good girl and started folic acid way before I fell pregnant so I'm hoping that makes up for the weeks I've stopped.

Hot chips are my biggest downfall at the moment. Doesnt matter where frm - fish and chip shop, maccas, KFC as long as they're hot and salty. Im also eating alot of bread (toast) but tend to have philladelphia, tomato and salt & pepper or vegemite. Hmmm, I really have something going on with the salt......

Im secretly wishing for a girl.....
i started off craving fruit and things like grapes. i think i'm over that stage!
now i am loving twisties, cheese n bacon balls, any sort of chocolate, flavoured milk, salt n vinegar chips and tortellini boscaolia (bacon, muchrooms and cream sauce)
Toast, oats, canned mandarines and banana paddlepops here :)
My last pregnancy I craved lots of toast, anything fruity and couldn't stand coffee or chocolate
So far this time I'm loving my toast again but chocolate as well - I've replaced my coffee with hot chocolate three times so far today
in the first 8 or 9 weeks all i could eat was fruit..grapes, apples, bananas and mangos.. i couldnt stomach anythign else. my vitamins gave me really bad reflux, so i had to switch to taking them with dinner. now i still get it sometimes but not as bad.
at the moment all i want is lollies.. LOVE my lollipops.. maybe its just the fact that i have it there in my mouth for so long. potato chips.. salt and vinegar of course. rainbow paddlepops.. lime cordial and massive steaks with BBQ and mashed potato :D
