Thank you all so much for thinking of me. I ended up being scheduled for a D&C this morning. By the time I got into hospital again I was bleeding heavily and in quite a bit of pain so I got bumped to the top of the list and by 8.45am I'd been given some lovely relaxant by the spunky anesthetist (find the joy ;) ) and the world was looking a lot brighter.

Woke up feeling much better and I was home by noon.

Came home and slept, woke up to four gorgeous bunches of flowers (one each from DH and the kids) and one from the lovely Out North girls on here - you guys are awesome.

And of course, all these messages on here.

Now I guess we heal. So much to process. I feel kinda empty - is that normal?
