Dd2 was born naturally at 36 weeks. I was spot on with my dates too.
I left hospital after 4 hrs and I ran like hell let me tell you. As I knew that once the intervention started it wouldn't stop. I also knew if I needed help we could go back.
So in reality she needed a lot of lovely skin to skin and sleeps on mummy for her first few days in hospital I know they would have put her in a crib which would have stressed her which would have made her cry which would have lowered her bsl which would have made her cold ect etc etc.
See why I ran. I saw this happen way too much in the nicu. It was not happening to my baby.
So my advice. Keep baby with you, super warm and keep intervention minimal.
Oh we did weigh her that week sometime, she was 3kgs :)

My DD was born at exactly 36 weeks via cs due to placenta starting to fail. She was 6lb 12oz. Apart from low blood sugar (I had gd) and a little trouble maintaining her temp she was just fine. Spent 3 days in SCN but it was just for obs and most of the time she was in my room anyways
