    I try to do mine when I don't really need to go. Much slower pee and easier to catch without getting pee on you lol

    There are a few things out there that can help with the messiness! My nurse gave me this thing called uri-aid. It's basically a funnel that attaches onto the sample container. Makes the whole process a lot easier. Ask your doc!!
