Get a special box, and fill it with books, drawing stuff etc that you can get your Ds to use if you need to lie down. It can also help when the baby is here. Also explain what is happening that you have to rest for the baby.

both my kids are under 3 and DH works arvo and this pregnancy i had the worst M/S out of all 3, it got to the point i was prescription nausea tablets and vitamins as i couldnt cope without them
some days i felt i couldnt get out of bed and felt like a rotten lazy mummy and just as i got over the M/S at 20 weeks i was put on pelvic rest with no lifting, and had to rest alot
i really hope your M/S eases soon, rest up and my kids survived on 'junk food' dinner xoxo
they still have it some nights as i lack energy
and if mr moo is still napping then nap or rest aswell xoxo

It isn't easy. I would sleep whenever our little guy slept during the day and on the really bad days I would just lie on the carpet in the TV room with him surrounded by all of his toys and books with the TV on (he has watched so much TV and read so many books this pregnancy!). If Moo has a lot of toys, get a couple of those big storage boxes and split them up. Then you can rotate what he plays with each day to keep things interesting. If you can make food for him, just keep it simple - frozen veg etc. is fine. If he has toast for dinner on the really bad days that is also OK. I would cook and freeze chops, for example and then just defrost them when needed. Even although we feel guilty for taking short-cuts, many have taken them before us and their toddlers are all fine! If your DH is in a position to, when he is home, get him to take Moo to the park while you rest up and Moo can run off some energy (I don't know about you, but direct sunlight made me feel violently ill). Ask for help if you have help. We asked my MIL to come and spend a day every now and then just so I could spend it in bed. Those "bed" days are what gave me the energy for the rest of the time I had no help. Just do what you can do and remember that it won't last forever x
Another thing i have just discovered in the last week or 2 is to go outside and get some fresh air even if it's just to sit in the garden, it's helped a few times now!!
im a single mum, pregnant, with a toddler and even though i have a VERY well behaved DS lol i know how u feel, i was very sick at the start of my pregnancy, bed bound most days for about a month, and sick for 12 weeks.. he also just ate fruit and noodles and muesli bars and bikkies ect because i was too sick too cook, i also felt bad cuz i wasnt playing with him much but u got to think of it as, its only for a few months max lol, now my DS is eating normal again but its hard to play with him on the ground cuz of a sore back and fat belly lol u cant win :) i think we all go through it so dont feel bad :)
