That's Fab V!!!!
Thanks everyone :grouphug:
The cramping died down this morning, and I feel a lot better that everything has settled nicely. I thought that it would be "normal" to experience cramping after the internal scan, I don't think it will help DH's cause  he wants me to ask the OB on Monday when we can get active again, but I'm not so sure....
It is a huge relief to know that the bleeding has all absorbed, that has a really big impact emotionally on the rest of this pregnancy.
I was very excited about the length of my cervix - who would have thought 1cm would make such a huge difference
Gee Miss K, were are going through so much together at the same time, I hope your sinuses feel a lot better soon, the chemist recommended Beconase, I don't know if it is going to make much of a difference though, just gotta ride it out.
Hopefully I get an all clear from now from my OB on Monday, hoping my platelets are staying higher this time as they were an issue last time, but I think I have had my fair share of drama for a pregnancy, just gonna cruise along for the rest of it ;)
Your support has been amazing, and we can't thank you all enough for been such a pillar of strength for me throughout the last few weeks, and I am looking forward to finally going "public" with the news as until now I didn't feel confident to do so, but yesterday really brightened us up... A LOT!!!! Love you guys!!! :loveshower:
Oh Vic, I am so very very very happy for you that I could cry :happyforyou::cheer::dance:
I agree LJ! Congrats hun, very very happy for you! Enjoy sharing your lovely news xx
:happyforyou:
very very happy for you here too :D
Beema, I'm so happy for you.
With the last pregnancy, it was just a long nightmare for the first sixteen weeks or so. I started spotting at 5 weeks, my dates seemed off in the u/s, and then at ten weeks I developed some kind of uterine sepsis. I was told I'd have to have a d&c (I refused, as the baby was fine on u/s and the IV antibiotics seemed to be working) and the bleeding carried on, quite heavily, until about 18 weeks. There just never seemed to be a point where I could relax and enjoy the pregnancy. Then I had threatened PTL at 30 weeks and 32 weeks... the last eight weeks however were perfect, I love love loved it, and then I got my precious Tom at the end of it.
I do hope that things settle down for you and you are able to really enjoy this special time.
