Cass - So glad you can go to the hospital for an us...they made me go externally because the machine was broken at the time...Goodluck sweets
Cass- thinking of you...it's so scary, I really do understand...i hope all is OK for you
Thanks so much for your support ladies!
Its GREAT NEWS!!!
the first thing the ultrasound tech dude did was check our little guy and Little beany was waving his arms around and kicking his legs and had a very nice flicker happening! He then went on to check everything else and find a cause for the bleeding... beany's heartbeat was 178!!!
The cause of the bleeding : there was a cyst on my ovary that had burst, there is a small tear on the uterus... there is some more blood around the ovary and near the cervix (which is properly the reason for my brown blood now)
The doctor said that beany was all okay, he's sitting very healthy in there, nothing wrong with the sack, and a healthy pregnancy...
the scan said he was measuring 10weeks!!!
Again thank you all so for your support and listening to me freak out!!!
Yay! So glad everything is ok Cass!!

Congrats on the news darl... thats amazing!
Thank you all so much!!! You girls a wonderful! thank you...
One question i would like to ask tho... is... small tear on uterus... Is that really a normal part of pregnancy? We keeping and eye one it and going to have another ultrasound around 12-14weeks (2 to 4 weeks from now) but is it normal. or something i should be a little worried about?
Did they mean a subchorionic haemorrhage? That's where the implantation has just silghtly started to come away and there's a bleed under it. They aren't uncommon and frequently resolve themselves. I had one, quite a large one, with dd3, and she was fine.
I'm so glad the news was good.
thats great news that everything was fine Cass :)
:leap: What a relief!!!!!!!!
I am not sure what he meant by a tear in the uterus - if you have the u/sound report and you could tell me what is written that would be helpful?
It could be a haematoma - I am not sure - and without hearing the medico speak I wouldnt hazzard a guess.
Your baby is growing and moving well with a great heartbeat that is a huge yipppeeee!!!!
Oh Cass what wonderful news!! to you again.
toomanytoomany - that does sound like something they said... all i could remember was they said a sub-'something'... DP thinks thats what they called it too...
Flowerchild - I don't have the US report, as it was done in the hospital they just told me the results... I'm going back to my doctor on Monday so that he can get the results and explain them to me again - when i'm less stressed and can take it all in...
