Hi all,
I too have the same thing with BMI. My BMI has always been high even when I was 18 - and now I look at pics of me at 18 and think how damn skinny I was in comparison to now! I mean, my collar bones were all sticky outy and everything! So I try not to focus on it too much even though it is pretty depressing. I normally throw it back at doctors that go on about BMI that I don't believe it's an accurate representation of health and that it doesn't take a lot of important factors into account. Generally they don't want to get into a debate and they shut up :)
Had my appointment. They're a little concerned as they think I had a few contractions last night, most likely because of extreme stress, and that I need to keep an eye on it but not to panic just yet but that somehow we need to make the situation with my mum calm down for the sake of me and the baby. Fun times!
