Qld X-ray

I am not sure, I didn't ask them..
I didn't even know that I would get one as this is my first full pregnancy down this way LOL.
It was Qld Xray @ Cleveland..

At Qld Xray I got charged for my current 7wk dating scan. But I was never charged for any u/s that resulted in miscarriage. The staff at Logan Central are excellent, but I have had a horrible experience at another branch.

Not a Qld Xray clinic but I can highly recommend the 'Lifespan' clinic at Roma St in the city, they were fantastic even though I did have to pay for my scan. :)

Oh and my experience at the Qld Xray clinic at Upper Mt Gravatt (off Kessels Rd, across from Garden City shopping centre) was fantastic too. :)

I have heard of a clinic at Loganholme called (I think) Precious previews? Apparently they have big screens and you can have 10 people in the room to see the ultrasound. And you get a dvd and photos? It does cost ($190-230). There is no rebate though. It's not a diagnositc ultrasound, just purely for your own keepsake.

I went to QXray at cooparoo for my first u/s at 6 weeks, which cost $135 and we got just under half back from medicare. They also dont do vidoes or dvds. Are there any x/ray places that bulk bill and will do a dvd or video? i really want one for my u/s at 18 weeks, but cant afford to pay for the ultrasound.

I am new to hear. But can anyone tell me if they have gone to QDI Chermside for their ultrasound scans. I am booked into there. I have been told they Bulk bill everything at Chermside and have new rooms opening up at Nundah called Nundah Radiology on the 18th of this month. I am thinking of changing to Nundah as they will be new rooms and was told they will be Bulk Billing everything also. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
