Hugs :hug: this is soooo hard for you sweets, try and stay strong you are an AMAZING woman for going through all of this while looking after DD as well.....
Remember, the docs told us there was little to no chance of us getting past 28 weeks and here we are at 31, out of hospital and doing fine.......

You are sooo inspirational for me :hug: so so hapy to know how far you have come together as a family, and just thrilled that you are doing well at home as well :hug:
