Hunny, hope you are feeling a little better :(
Try get some sleep. Its hot again & I bet thats not helping you. Go for a swim maybe, or hit mum's bath. It might help ease the pain. Water can be amazing. Maybe even a long shower (screw saving water! Its worth it!!!)
If you have back pain, try getting on your hands & knees. It can help take the pressure off. Or get someone to rub oil into it for you.
