ETA... Just saw your post Jess, try to relax and not be nervous, you are doing the most beautiful thing in the world, bringing in a special little being
Hi Jess and welcome! Try not to be scared - I know it's so hard not to be because I felt the same when I was in labour with my first baby and I even told my DH that I was scared, but then I thought to myself Here I am, about to cross the threshold into something that is truly amazing. My body is about to give birth to a baby that I grew and women have been doing it for thousands of years and if they could, then so could I. I surrendered to that thought and only a few hours later my son was in my arms.
So don't let the fear hold you back because once you let it go and embrace what is about to happen, labour will start and he will be in your arms soon.
