Sorry, stillloks like a girl to me. The penis & scrotum outline seems to far back to me, like its starts where I would expect the bum hole to be.
Where the 3 lines that are also there seem in the right spot.
Yep I can see that too FJ.. It really isn't a very good pic.
Kim, try posting your other pics, you never know we might see something your eyes can't.

Kim- Can I ask was the place that you had the scan done a general ultrasound place that do all types of scans eg. kidneys, pregnancy, etc or was it specifically for pregnancy scans? Just wondering if that could be the reason the lady didnt have that much of a clue and didnt give yo a clear picture. I would have never been able to tell what was what until Tanya outlined it all.

The place that said girl (and the silly blurry pics on here) were done at a 'fancy' scan place....where i was told boy was at the hospital scan place:
The first & the second (mostly second) look like Boys to me.
hmm in those first 2 pics I assume Im looking at the legs spread and too me it looks like 3 lines! I'll have a play with the pics and post them later!

Hmm well in one of the 3 pics you sent me I would have guessed girl but the other boy lol
I think the sonographer was lazy and didnt bother to get a clear enough pic, most of them are fuzzy which distorts what you see. All the sonographers Ive had for both preg have aimed to get the clearest pics possible for me.
Its the 3 lines in every pic that bothers me as that usually signifies labia, FJ may be onto something. I hope for your sake its a penis and not the cord floating around there!
Id be going back to that fancy scan place and asking for a better scan for free. That was shocking!
LOL..id would be nice if there was 2 babies....but only ever seen one.
Im really dissapointed in the scans so far....especially for the money you pay. Like everywhere they cant give thier 100% gaurentee on the gender so they have their butts covered when they are wrong...thats assuming they are very wrong and the hospital is right.
I have a hospital appointment on Friday and im going to ask to see the pics on their screen and have another good look for myself.
God we're all going to be dying of curiousity before your 3d scan lol

Those are terrible 19w shots. The girls shots are either too far back, or my fave of the 3 lines was the umb cord elongated.

Yep im going to ask to see them Tanya.....i know when i was there last time they had a look at the first scan i had (when they couldnt see a gender), so they will have the most recent scan surely.

The dr wouldnt even look at the scans...she read the report and it never mentioned a gender and said she wouldnt look at the scans or make a comment...so nup...still dunno!

Have you tried the ring on a string thing?
Those calender things? The one's that ask what month you concieved & all that stuff then guess.
My pg with my girls were pretty much exactly the same. Ms to the same severity for the same length of time, but was still pretty fit etc after the 5 month mark (when ms finally went).
Carried the same with both & didn't start showing til past 6 months with both.
Never had the waddle with both. Both went over due.
DS was completely different. Ms was not nearly as severe & went at around the 3 month mark. Started showing at around 4 months. Started waddling around 5 months!! Born 2 days early. Not nearly as healthy (well wasn't feeling healthy) & energetic towards the end. Had SPD which didn't help.
So is this one different? Are you carrying different? Has your ms been any different? Have you put on any weight in the bum? (I put weight on my bum with my girls!)
I am carrying different..m/s was pretty much non existant (compared to last 2 times), no bum weight gain (but did with girls).
All signs point to a boy....LOL....but its just luck....i dont mind either way

I went to the dr today cos ive been having some issues and when i booked in i had my last u/s CD waiting for me..and it has my 'boy' scans!

Yeah nothing serious Mel.....just severe reflux/heartburn which has burnt all my throat and i cant sleep because of the pain im in, so had to get some medication to help get me through the next 10 and a bit weeks :(
