not really coping at all

i feel depression is taking over [i understand that] i just dont know how to help her get over this extremly high hurdle depression and anxiety she has aleways suffered with but it is always worse when a drama occurs in her /my/our lives

i hope time heals this quickly

Can you get her to go with youfor some councelling. i dont know how much it will help but it might..


Do you have a drug councellor you regulary see....

she used to go c one but then for whaever reason she stoped going lack of comittment on her behalf is also a big problem no good me forcing her she has to want it correct
for now im just picking up the pieces constantly
