Hey Jane, I was exactly the same with the tiredness during pg. Work does take it out of you. Counting down to mat leave starting now ...
Danni, all eyes are upon you ... in the nicest possible way.

Wow...Danni...your next!
That's fantastic!
Hope you feel better soon...take care!
We do need some more graduate from LT TTC very soon, hey?
Jane...sorry to hear you are so tired...it's a horrible feeling...
I'm doing fairly well...just had my spina bifida blood test...results next week, then 19 week scan in two more weeks...
My sciatica has playing up lots...driving me a little crazy...but starting to realise if I slightly change the tilt of my pelvis, it seems to help (a little!)
Not much more to report...
Take care all!
sciatica is awful mon! Mine eased up for a little bit, but its now back! Hope the tilting works for you :)
Hi Everyone
Danni - have been keeping an eye on you - hope you have your feet up girl and it's so exciting you are next - just not too soon Junior ok? I started to feel really tired again in the 3rd trimester too and you do have to rest up.
Jane - congrats on getting half way!
What else has been happening while I've been away?
I've set up a webpage for Hester photos - check out my sig.
Hester is gorgeous Kar!! I still cant believe she is a girl, your belly looks just like mine!
I do have my feet up, but it hurts kar....it really hurts :(
Oh Kar
She is such a sweetie...TOO CUTE!!!!!
Hope you are doing well...
And I want to know what the secret to having a 6 hour labour is!!!!
oh yes, i need some secrets too please
Kar
She is beautiful, she really is! You must be such a proud mummy!
Congrats Kar she is gorgeous!! Ouch Danni hope it's not too unbearable.
Belly Rubs to all
Aw Shez! Isabella is an absolute darling!
aww shes gorgeous! :D
Shez...Isabella looks like one very happy baby...she's beautiful!
Danni and Monnie - the secret was a doula - I am sure! She and DH sheltered me from all the crap going on in the room. (there was meconium in my waters about 3 hours into the labour, and lots of comings and goings, shift changes etc). I was able to go to planet la la and stay there and not come back.
I think the other big thing was being really excited about going into labour instead of apprehensive. Knowing that the labour pain was temporary and that every one got me closer to seeing my baby.
Shez - must be something about chubby cheeks and PALTTC... Isabella is gorgeous!
I tell myself this everyday and I cant wait to do it! :D:
Knowing that the labour pain was temporary and that every one got me closer to seeing my baby.
She's gorgeous Kar. Well done & a short labour too, wow, so the secret is to be dialating & having BH's days/wks b4 hand & a doula present at the birth huh! :)
Oh Jane, hope ur not working too hard & getting some rest.
Wow Danni, ur next now. Hope ur getting as much rest as possible.
Monnie, that's not fun, hope the sciatica eases for u.

Are you finding out the gender?

Just popping in to say Hi ladies!

Welcome anytime Anna...its so quiet in here. We need some more recruits...COME ON DOWN MISS KEEN!!
oh ok then, if you insist! Hopefully one day soon, guys. For the moment living vicariously through you...
Ooh how exciting AnnaT. Thnx for the belly complement, but I feel so much bigger this time, doh, hehe. :)
P.S. I'm not actually back in here though, as wasn't LTTTC this time. I put most of my preggy info in my www & some in the April baby buddy thread, although an occasional comment slips in here. I (like Sush, Mel, etc) just can't keep away from checking up on the LTTTC success stories in here. :)
Oooh, fingers crossed big time Keen.
Yeah...we definitely need so more recruits...
Can't wait til this thread is overflowing with LT-TTC-ers!!!
So...is this the order so far...
Danni
Jane
Me (monnie)

Any others that I've missed? (if so...so sorry!!!)

Oh that would be great Leis!!!
Just saw your signature...where are you going in the US and Europe?
My DH did a 3 month trip about 3 years ago...he was on a study scholarship...but it was amazing...we did London, Paris, New York, Bloomington (Indianna University), Minneapolis (University of Minnesota), Chicago, San Francisco (my personal favourite), LA and San Diego...
Morning everyone
Sorry have been MIA - have been in a postnatal hospital for 4 days and only got out yesterday. Good news is that I finally have Hester on the breast after a harrowing 2.5 weeks of breast refusal and nipple confusion.
Danni - how are you sweets? Not long now.
Jane - has the sciatic thing gone?
Monnie - only 3 weeks til you're half way! Yay!
Shell, Keen and Leis and everyone else - :hello:
Oh Kar, thank goodness you're home and have the princess on the breast where she belongs :D
Im going well...i think? Bring on Junior!
Great news Kar -well done it took Joel 5 months but he is going strong now. Hester is gorgeous.
Oh Kar...so glad to hear that Hester and yourself are now doing well...
Take care!
I know...I can't believe I'm nearly half way...
What did you guys find? Did the first or second half go faster?
second half monnie!
Cool...that's what I wanted to hear Danni!!!
Actually...I've found (after the first few weeks when it felt like I was counting the hours, that it has gone fairly quickly!)
One other quick question Danni...I noticed you are selling off your MCN's. I'm still not totally decided as to whether MCN or not...can I ask what your reasons were not to?(purely out of interest...not criticism!!!)
Cheers!
Kar.. Hester is just the best.. what a little sweetie....
Yep we are off to London, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Paris, Northern France, New York, LA, Maui and Honolulu.....
We will be away for sometime.. however, I will be back just in time for Janos bub, but she might go early... I will pop in from time to time whilst away... leis x
Have a fantatic trip Leis!
I'm sure it will be amazing!
I hope Junior is early so you dont miss his announcement Leis :D
Sorry Mon, Just saw this now!:
One other quick question Danni...I noticed you are selling off your MCN's. I'm still not totally decided as to whether MCN or not...can I ask what your reasons were not to?(
Well.....I think I had high expectations of myself. But when I really sat down and thought about it, I am a lazy enough person as it is, without having to add washing nappies on my list of things to do.
However, we are on a very tight budget, so if I found we are spending too much money on nappies, I may resort back. But basically it was the extra workload that turned me off.
Yeah...I totally understand Danni...
I'm still not sure what to do...think I need to think about it longer!
I just can't believe you have only 7 weeks to go...that must be so exciting.
I remember when I first joined up to BB...you were the first LT TTC-er that I saw announce their pregnancy...it gave me alot of hope!!!
yes i did get my bfp in august :D
Yes i am very excited Missy-- no words can explain how i feel right now!
Danni and Monnie - I had such good intentions about using cloth nappies with Hester from as soon as we got home from hospital - but with all the feeding problems - it was just too much to try and get cloth on her. I'm slowly starting now. Sposies are definitely a better fit on newborns. Hester just "swims" in a terry flat.
Yeah...I was wondering about that Kar...
I was thinking of perhaps using sposies in the beginning...and then moving onto MCN when they fit a bit better...
How are you doing since being home?
yep Mon, thats what i was going to do. Especially with the first few days of yucky poos.
