Possums :comfort: I cant belive that you and your DH are again having to suffer such a devestating loss. My heart goes out to you both. I dont really have any words of comfort as I dont think that there are any at such a time. :comfort:
To everyone who is in, or knows people in areas affected by bushfires - I hope that everyone and their families and friends are ok. Stay safe everyone.
We are at Beechworth so are on alert - but just wanted to pop in and touch base.

Many thanks everyone for the support and understanding....and I think I will ask more about testing etc. And yes, the material taken during the D&C has been sent away for testing, although last time that did not reveal anything/any abnormalities. We had also wondered whether the placenta taking over was part of the problem? Am holding it together, but dread returning to work and the real world - I do not like my job and had been so thrilled to have an end date. I am trying to stop myself sinking too low, but it is hard. Whenever I think of all that lies ahead and all that has happened, it hits like a blow.
I also popped by just now to make sure the girls in Victoria are all OK and not affected by the terrible bushfires. We just watched the new and it looks so awful and so much tragic loss. Sending you all my best. Seeing the tragedies there certainly puts things in perspective...we are glad we have our health and our lives.

AFM, I've been spotting for a few days and had an extra trip to the Ob to find out what is going on this morning. He tells me the babies are still ok but I'm bleeding and there's more blood to come. Apparently there's a fair bit of blood above the babies and between the 2 with a clot as well. I have been told to rest for a few days and we're hoping it will all be ok. I'm worried I'm going to lose these little ones. I gained a bit of confidence once I'd reached 12 weeks.. I just want things to be ok. Sorry for the rant, I just needed to unload...
Kaydee, I've got everything crossed for you hun, I hope you can get the rest you've been prescribed, and I am :pray: that everything is alright with your bubs!!

possums - i truly hope you get answers soon. im still shocked at how unfair this is. please take care of yourself.
kaydee - you poor thing i know the feeling your heart sinks when u see that blood on that paper. ive had spotting on and off but has stopped for the last 2 to 3 weeks. its so common but still very scary and if bubs are healthy and kicking thats the main thing!
AFM - im a bit sooky as DF is gone for tonight to stay with his grandfather to help him out as he is ill and needs some help, its very sweet but i miss him :( being bedridden as i am i have been depending on him to do all my bidding! but il manage i guess. also it feels like im constantly leaking and i freak out im bleeding only to check and find massive amounts or creamy discharge. TMI! but its really annoying i have to wear panty liners! anyway im now roughly 9 weeks and hope this MS will ease soon.

As usual I've been MIA!! So much is going on at the moment and I'll explain all when I can. Our babies are doing fantastically, I'm really well and get lots of movement now. I read EVERY day to see how you are all going and am thinking of everyone.
Kaydee- I just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you. Not sure if you remember, but I had 3 massive bleeds starting around 9 weeks with these 2. My bleeds were really heavy (blood on the floor heavy) and our babies are did amazingly well through all of that and are doing perfectly now also. I too had a really large clot..on top of both babies and wrapped around the side of one. I was ordered bed rest which I pretty much stayed on for 10 weeks. At our morphology scan on Friday there was no evidence anymore of any clot. So basically what I am rambling on and trying to say, is that I know how terribly frightening bleeding is..I was petrified, but at 12 weeks, I was told the likelihood of something unthinkable happening is so so slim. I do think rest is really important though, as it gives the clot a chance to heal. PM me if you need to chat.
Anyway, must run..am moving house on Thursday in this heat and have SO SO MUCH to organise.
BTW, not sure if you read in my blog, but we have been blessed with the news that we are expecting one little princess and one little prince. Can't wait to meet these little people..

Went and saw the OB tonight and Miss C and I are booked in for a C Section on the 31st March 11.30 admission and a little book to read. The OB almost looked relived when I asked what his thoughts would be if we went that way and said he thought it was the safest for me and baby. DH asked his questions we got a scan and have cute pics of her cheeks and nose and one poking her tongue out not 100% clear but we can tell so the 31st March here we come :dance:

kaydee - i hope you're ok. bleeding is awful, and i've also had a reasonable amount since i got my bfp. hope you can rest up and that it eases soon.

AFM, not much to report - queasiness has really stopped, just praying everything is all ok and wishing time away until my 12 wk scan next Tuesday. The vic fires have certainly put everything in perspective for me too - just thankful for being safe and sound. Hope everyone is well.

TL - wow! Congrats on setting a date. You are booked in 1 day after my due date - so you may even deliver before me!
Mels - GL for your scan next Tuesday. It is a scary time when the MS starts to abate, I know I found it almost comforting (even though I felt terrible)! I am sure everything will be fantastic.
Bel - it is wonderful news about your little boy and girl. 1 of each is just Perfect :D
21 - hope you are feeling okay. Sounds like you have really been knocked sideways with the MS. Hang in there - it does get better!
Kaydee - hoping all is okay - as Bel and TL said - they both had quite dramatic bleeds and came through it fine. Will be :pray: for your little ones.
FG - I hope you are okay and staying safe with the bush fires. Thinking of you.
Hi Alloy, Nicole, Kahlan, LNB, HM and all that I have missed.
AFM - all is fine. I am in VIC, but in Melbourne. The bush fires are just devastating and my thoughts are with FG and anyone else who is affected by them. Started the count down to maternity leave - only 24 work days left! Have my 34 week scan and check up on Monday which I am really looking forward to. Bubs has been active and makes me laugh every day - I really can't wait to meet this little one.

AFM - Trying desperately to come of the pessaries but for some reason my body just won't have it! I was told to miss last nights and my progesterone came from 107 to 84...hmmmm...anyway I'm off them until Friday when I have my next BT. Geez I hope I'm not on them for the next 6 mths cause I hate'm!!
For all of you who I have missed I hope all of your pregnancy journeys are going beautifully!

RARA - i hope you can come off them soon too, my progesterone was only 25 at 6 weeks but my GP denied me any supplements, im still here at 9 weeks preg so i guess all must be ok, i do worry sometimes though.
AFM - still sick whats new! but today hasnt been so bad after not making it to the bathroom in time this morning and having to scrub stomach acid off my feet ive just felt slight nausea all day and managed to keep down some crackers and noodles! YAY! but i am missing food soooo bad! i want to cook my DF dinner the poor thing but i cant! also still cant get a scan as i wont be able to keep the water down so will wait until 12 weeks.
