JBM- woohooo congratulations!!
BDT- so wonderful for you!! and natural too!
elocin- welcome!! congratulations...it can be so hard at the start with all the anxiety and to actually enjoy it and believe things will be ok...it does get easier...I think we always have worries, especially after a long road to get here...but I am really enjoying being pregnant at this point
kelly- i have been thinking of you and half expected to come in here and find news your boys had arrived- you are doing so well!! not long now!

afm- having a great time being away with DH...and he can also feel our little man moving now, which is so lovely :-) am feeling good (the pounding in my head aside, but I am used to it really) and my tummy keeps getting bigger ;-) gotta go now, but will check in again when i can

Elocin: Congrats to you as well. It is so exciting to see so many new LTTTCer's joining this group....
Grub: Bahahahahahaha - my body wasn't even in bikini shape before this pregnancy (to be honest it wasn't in that shape before Tara). Luckily I live in the cooler climates so I don't have the opportunity to expose my wobbly bits.
Thank you everyone for thinking of me, it is so nice to know that you are all as eager to get this thing over as much as me, I even said to DH earlier that this time next week I won't have a big belly anymore (just a big flabby area me thinks).
Last Ob appt & growth scan tomorrow so are date and time for deliver should get locked in and I can't wait to see how they have both grown over the past 4 weeks and what there approx weight is - I'm guessing they will be somewhere close to 6lb each, DD was 7lb born at 38w3d so these guys might be pretty close seeing they will only be 6 days younger at delivery.
Aanyway once I know all the finer details I'll drop back in and let you all know.

BDT - CONGRATULATIONS! How does that happen? I forgot that people can actually fall pregnant naturally. That is awesome.
And elocin too - congratulations. It is so nice to be part of the disbelief/excitement of just finding out.
Kelly - oh my god - it is so close now. Yeah, I know it probably still feels like a lifetime away for you, but oh my god - they're nearly outta there!

O.K girls here's the update.....
I'm booked in for next Wednesday at 10.30am for these boys to be delivered, so all arranged. I also had my growth scan today and twin a is in a nice breech position at the moment and weighing just over 2.8kg (6lb 2oz) and twin b is sitting tranverse under my ribs and is weighing in just over 3kg (6lb 7oz) and we still have another week of growing to do and to put it into perspective DD was 3.12kg's born (7lb) so we have a couple of big boys in there.

i have been feeling a bit emotional and got a bit cranky with DH today.
have had some twinges in my tummy and still a bit bloated.
i am going to make myself some maternity skirts for work and also one for my sis who is 16 weeks preggers. we are so excited to be pregnant together
i got myself some scarves and a jacket for mothers day as the kids will prob do something at school
DH got me some chocs
which by the way i am NOT feeling like choc for the first time ever, typical.

Hi ladies i had my first midwifes apppointment today :) was long but was so worth it to hear bubs heart beat again, i could never get sick of hearing that! Have any of you hired a dobler machine? im thinking about getting one?
I also booked in me antenatal classes which start in july-august for 5 weeks one night a week but once i got off the phone i realised i will only be about 26 weeks preg when they start, is that too early to do them? or does it not matter.

kelly- wowee girlfirend! you are awesome! those boys are going to be ready to go home before you! fingers crossed they come by their own accord before weds.... but i get the feeling they are rather comfortable in there lol.

ugh, feel very taxed today. rang the mw about some pain i'm getting in the middle front of my belly, between boobs and bellybutton. think it's muscular but with the terrible groin twinges, swollen feet and gravity pulling on my belly, i just feel uuuggghhh. doesn't help DS was a toad with his day sleep today and he woke up on a foul mood!
oh my back hurts too.

AFM - is everyone feeling UGH, or is it just me? Gosh, I've been so depressed this week. Could be the weather, could be our lack of finances - I'm not sure! I even had a little sook the other day, which I'm blaming on the hormones. Hoping it will pass soon. Nappies are on sale this week! Bought a box of "Newborns" for $33, and we also FINALLY chose and bought a pram for huge discount at Pram Warehouse!!! So have kicked some goals this week. Although if you add the very steep $2,000 Obstetrician Management Fee bill I also paid this week it probably discounts all those savings :( :( :(

oneday - we did our classes from 26 weeks cos DH was going away. we were a few weeks behind the other couples but it really didn't make any difference as it's mainly for your info. so enjoy!!!
yeah MH i think it's just getting over it all!
taking my nanna (who is visiting with us this week) and DS for a mother's day morning tea so best go and sort child out etc. oxo

Kelly, good luck for Wednesday. I hope all goes well and will also be joining the girls in stalking BB to find out your news as soon as possible.
I have a shocking cold at the moment and saw my GP yesterday (told her about the pains under the rib etc and she said it could still be my gall bladder - inflammed rather than actual gall stones and that wouldn't be obvious on an ultrasound so she said if the pains continue she will organise more tests). Anyway due to the pregnancy I was told that I can't take any over the counter cold-flu medication so just have to ride it out and hope it doesn't drag on too long.

Kelly - Good luck sista! It's only a few days away. . I can't believe how big they are - I thought twins were usually smaller than normal. Woah - lucky you're having a CS! Can't wait to see your BA too
JBM - good on you for getting yourself a prez. I think about all the thought and effort I put in at father's day buying and making stuff for DH from DS and when it's my turn nothing happens - He says, "it's all so commercial" - So? Get amongst it and buy me something. Think I will follow your lead.
Mindhugs - Sorry you are feeling a bit down. That sucks. I've also had a few teary moments this week, over the most stupid little things. It's not like me at all, so I reckon it must be hormones. Hope your weekend makes you smile again.
Grub - did you sort out that tummy pain? And is your back pain here to stay? (mine is just starting too - yay). Does your DS sense when you are feeling a bit (or a lot) yuk and bung on the behaviour just to make it worse? Whinge away luv - hopefully it helps!
DR - sorry to hear you are also feeling crappy. Hope it doesn't last too long.
Possums - ahh - spread some of that holiday feeling around here please. Glad you are enjoying yourself
Oneday - I think 26 weeks will be fine to start. If it goes for 5 weeks then you'll be 32 weeks by the end of it. I wouldn't want to start it too much later anyway.
AFM - I am going to have a baby. Like, in August! There's going to be another little person in my house. There's going to be a little baby for me to look after and cuddle and feed and all that. Sorry - I'm sure you have all realised this for a while, but I just had a moment of realisation last night when putting DS to bed that this is really going to happen. Really. Aaaahhhhh

Elicon im so so sorry to hear :( there is NO words to make anyone feel better after a loss, just dont be down on your self becuase your turn will come! I had a miscariage last yr in june and it was the hardest part of our IVF journey but it did make me stronger and more appreciative for today. I hope to see you in here again really soon, please take care of your self xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
