I suffer from dizzy spells in most of my pregnancies. I agree with the others, you need to take it easy. My dizzy spells are because of low blood pressure and low blood sugar... now I try to make sure I have some fruit or fruit juice on stand by and a bottle of water constantly in my hand... whenever I feel dizzy, I sit down, drink the water and wait for it to pass.
Hope you're feeling better soon.

Why don't you ring maternity hun? They'll take your BP for you.
Are you drinking enough fluid as you run around too?

Thanks everyone.
Went to the dr this morning and he said I have a RTI (Respiritory Tract Infection) as well as both my ears being completely blocked. He felt my tummy and said it feels all right for being 16wks along, which makes me feel pretty good. Got normal BP and no UTI so that makes me feel better too.
Did manage to wrangle Saturday off work too, though next time I work is gonna be the Tuesday when I get my ears syringed :( So I'm gonna see if he can give me THAT day off work too!
Again, thanks all!

Glad to hear it LJ . Rest well over the weekend!

Please prioritise looking after YOU, because you're also growing another life in you and that takes away from your normal capacity to push yourself so hard

Rest up Liz, focus on you and the baby! I hope you start to feel better soon. Its horrible feeling so anxious bout your bub (I know!)
