Lower back pain, few days rest with heat pack and panadol worked.

Well mine have been annoying
Severe m/s until week 15 (hospitalised with dehyrdation and vomiting blood) had endoscopy and showed reflux
increased muscular pain (fibromyalgia playing up)
sleep deprevation (but slept well last night)
brain fog
hungry but can only eat small amounts
blood spots in nose
thicker, curlier hair
mild acne
fatigue
noticeable bump - one good thing!
Will vitamin B help for fatigue? Used to have b12 injections (because of FM) but can't now I'm pg.

Most the same as others,
Shiny Hair
Loss of sleep
Attention span of a child
Hair grows very quickly (after waxing & shaving)
Appetite is all over the place (tend to eat more during the morning and v/little in the arvo and at nite)
Bump is much harder in the morning than at night.
Sore shoulder from weight of chest.
Bladder is smaller at night
Lower than avg blood pressure

been lucky!!
I am only at 17 weeks and so far have only had the following:
Vivid Dreams
Peeing more at night
Fast Heartbeat
Sharp Pain in lower abdomen when sneezing
Sweat alot under boobs
Though today my lower back is sore. Have been lucky in two big respects - I am in the 25% of women who don't get morning sickness and am actually experiencing dry skin (my payback after teenage years of oilyzitty skin, I reckon)

Tiredness
Calf Cramps
Not walking as fast
Puffed while walking up stairs
Feeling baby move
Increased Hunger
Gums sore and swollen
Memory Loss

But I feel like I am getting off pretty lightly. The only one that makes me really miserable is the sciatic nerve pain! what a pain in the bum - literally!!! If anyone has any good ways of easing it, that would be fab!
Actually, heartburn is the other killer - that makes it very hard to eat - feel like an addict with my bottle of gaviscon always by my side...heaven help he who gets in the way of its minty relief!
Second semester relief...
Hi all,
After just reading through the rather horrendous list of 2nd tri sypmtoms I am feeling very grateful that I am feeling as good as I am! I am just 20 weeks now, and at long last the nausea and vomitting has stopped. I had an awful time with MS in 1st tri, and had to go into hospital on 2 occaisions for intravenous fluids
But today I am feeling fantastic - went to the gym with DH then home and did my yoga stretches - feeling so limber and fit now I can't believe it. I was so worried that I was going to be sick and tired for my whole pregnancy - and now I feel like I can really start to plan and enjoy it all.
Still have felt no movement at the station, and I sometimes think I am a bit small for 20 weeks, and have only put on 3 kilos all up. (had to make up for the 4 kilos I lost during 1st tri). But I think all is well as I have noticed leaking nipples which is a good indication that the hormone levels are still high.
Anyway next week get to have a quick peak with the scan just to check placenta and EDD. Then I can really rest easy and know I am on the way to being a mum for the first time.

Wanting to diet all the time but then getting really funny spells if I do miss out on my calories when I get hungry - I'm not skipping meals, just trying to cut back on snacks!
I'm over 22w and have only put on 2" on my breasts and 3kg in weight (I didn't lose any in the first trimester).

Stomach cramps (like AF pain but no bleeding)
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Baby movements (OMG they are strong already)
Bleeding gums
Oily skin
Oily hair
Strong nails (woohoo i cant beleive this one!!)
and finally... Hairy belly (way too sensative to wax and im NOT shaving!)
I think i have gotten off relatively easy but the things here are so annoying.

Hi, I've just hit 2nd trimester, my nipples have started to tingle- very strange sensation
Constipation
hunger
tiredness
dry wretching when brushing teeth and other gory stuff
pulling pain in my tummy
pulsating hip pain.
Am sure there will be a few more to add down the line, but the tingling nipples.... whats that all about???

Moody and teary
And one of the biggest things is that I seem to be going through a phase where I dont feel pregnant because my first trimester symptoms were really extreme where these symptoms are sort of more day to day.
And the best thing of all.....my boobs seemed to have stopped growing!! (LOL)
