Hi everyone!
I am currently completing my fourth year in Psychology and my thesis is examining the attitudes and beliefs regarding health behaviours for pregnant women.

If you are:
• 18 years of age or older
• Currently pregnant
• And have not been diagnosed by a medical professional with a condition preventing you from partaking in physical activity during pregnancy

I would greatly appreciate your opinion and help with my study!


Participation involves completing a 20-30 minute questionnaire then a series of follow up 5 minute telephone interviews taking place at 1 week, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. For your convenience, you can complete the first questionnaire online by clicking on the following link:
