No TC the title reflected what you were feeling. My stomach just jumped into my mouth for a minute :) By the time I read through though you'd already seen the doc and were feeling better so my heart returned to my chest pretty quickly :p Low iron could make your mood pretty low too couldn't it? Maybe? Anyway glad you're covering lots of bases.
