How can you tell if baby is posterior? -

Wow, you poor bugger! That sounds horrible :hug: Good to know it goes away when the baby's born! That's kind of how it feels though, a bit pinchy and like it needs to be warmed up.

The universe must have heard me though, today at work we had a health and safety guru come around to check everything out. She adjusted my chair and everything on my desk, showed me how to sit to avoid straining my back, and then put a note above my pc to tell people not to move stuff cos it's been adjusted for a pregnant lady's needs lol.

And it seems to have worked, today feels much better. Now I just have to try to avoid slouching into the couch after work - the physio at the hospital recommended sitting on a dining table chair at all times, but that is so unappealing!

Yeah, it sucked :lol: But it did get a hell of a lot better and the prize was worth all the agony....only just...LOL! Just kidding!

Awesome that your work station has been adjusted correctly. It does make a huge difference. I ended up working from home (so where ever and when ever I felt comfy) from 30 weeks due to my back/pelvis/groin issues. I finished work officially at 34 weeks and boy was I ready!
