I'm really glad I read this thread. My sugar cravings are over the top, and the thing is I give in to them and then feel guilty or sick afterwards as I have overeaten. I even cut back sugar for 2 weeks before my GD test just to pass!!!! I'm glad to hear others out there craving sugar and not just me. The way I see it, if I put on the weight due to bad eating then it is my problem to get it off again afterwards.
