Hi mumofgirls
The pain you have could be caused by the joint in your pubic bon becoming loose. This is quite common and is caused by a hormone called relaxin. Relaxin causes all your joints and ligaments to loosen in preparation for birth.
Swelling in hands and feet is quite common it is caused by a number of things including the extra fluid your body has when pregnant and the weight of your uterus slowing down blood return to your heart. Providing that you do not have any other signs of pre-eclampsia eg headache, pain in chest, protein in urine or spots in front of your eyes, this swelling is not a concern. To help reduce the swelling do not sit for too long. Do not stand for too long. Elevate feet when sitting. Frequent exercises of feet and hands can help to reduce the swelling.
