Baby Shower Fun

I never knew people did this beyond "in the movies", but today i went to one (for work) and it was lovely. Little cupcakes and balloons and lots of people and even though i was not involved as a guest, it felt so nice. The energy was great and I just wanted to share that with the BellyBelly group.

I would really recommend a Baby Shower if you're in your last trimester, before the baby is born so you can have a little fun and then relax the days after the birth. It was fun and the atmosphere was happy and uplifting.

I have been to a couple - actually my Mum and I hosted one once. It was alot of fun, the games are great and you can come up with some funny ideas.

I hope that someone will care enough to give me one when I am preggas sometime soon! I love the gifts part - it's so much fun watching the mum to be opening all those pressies!

It's also a really nice way to spend time with all the important women in your life before you have the bub.
