'Pubic' bone pain

Hi - I am 18 weeks along and am having a lot of pain in the 'pubic bone' area - not sure if that is what it is actually called. I did a LOT of walking over the weekend, and ever since then, I have so much pain there that walking is a bit difficult. I remember feeling this sort of pain when I was heavily pregnant with my first child, but not this early on. Does anyone else have this, or have any suggestions? Should I call my ob and get it checked?

Depends on the pain, but do some searches on Symphisis Pubis Dysfunction and Pelvic Girdle Pain. There are lots of threads around here about it too.

yeah ive gotten similar pains down there near the pubic bone, have had it most of my pregnancy. have been wondering if it was normal also
