Do you try to burp her straight after her feed? Even if she's a bit sleepy afterwards? I'd say it sounds like she's burped and it's woken her right up hence she doesn't want to go back to sleep.... I always burp DD straight after her feed no matter what time of day whether she is asleep or not during it.... to try to prevent it from coming up while she's sleeping.
Gosh i hope that makes sense, i'm a bit tired
yeah i do the normal burp routine, put her to sleep, keep her upright on me and sit in rocking chair and pat her back while she ius asleep and then she will burp again, 20mins sometimes after being asleep.
Hmmm :dunno: not sure sorry. My DD will usually do one huge burp and maybe a little one after that then thats about it... I know sometimes though during her sleeps she may wake up crying and seem in pain so i'll pick her up and she'll let out a huge burp and yes sometimes then she's wide awake!
it's hard, its one of those things... if only they could talk we'd know!
yeah i guess it is just one of those things. its wierd though because i thought they get cranky because of gas, but when she burped (during sleep) it woke her and she was very cranky. i was wondering if it could have hurt coming up or something.
