G'day everyone,

I posted the following post in the introduction area and was advised by a member to repost it in this section :


First off, I don't want to misrepresent myself, I am a male and thus forth not a Lesbian, I have a Gay Sister and she and her partner are trying to get pregnant via intravenous methods and so far they haven't had much luck with as you can imagine is getting them down.

I'm trying to help them out as much as possible, and was hoping I would be able to hear some 'hints and tips' so to speak to help them get pregnant. I love my sister to death and want her to be happy above almost everything else in my life and so any advice that could be put forward would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not in here often so feel like a bit of an intruder too. I've been kicked off for trying to help people find information a few times so will attempt to help without breaching the regs.

suggest your sister or yourself if you feel like it does an internet search using terms like :

Lesbian Parents Australia

same sex families

lesbian families

lesbian conception

There are also groups on yahoo.

There is a wealth of information out there and your sister and her partner need to do some research so they can get a better picture of which way they might want to go about becoming parents and then they will start to have some specific questions to ask .
