ovulation pain? never had it b4, why now?

Hi All,

I'm ovulating at the moment (positive OPK on Saturday, and slight temp dip this morning). I have never experienced ovulation pain in my life, but today i keep getting little twinges in my right side which o pain is all i can think it is.

this is my first cycle after a m/c.

i'm also on chinese herbs at the moment, so wonder if they're doing anything?

Just wierd that I have never had this ever before, but today I'm very aware of what my body is doing.??????????

any comments / thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

I had this. I think maybe it is just that everything is still a bit swollen after the m/c.

I have this when I ovulate. It is painful and very strong and last for days. The worst is a few hours when I am sure I must be O. I can feel the actual moment I O and then the relief its happened as the pain changes into a more warmer feeling and ache like bruising. The two cycles I have had this tha worst in the last 10month I have gotton pregnant so I am hopeing to feel it again very soon. If its around O time I would be confident this is why although if it keeps going on during the cycle maybe have an u/s. I'd say its perfectly normal and its cause your body is about to release an egg.
