A little help :)

hi,
i had a scan today because i had not felt bub move.
the women told me her head is right on top of my cervix!
so ok , does this mean she is engaged???????
im a little confuseded lol

can any one help unconfuse me lol :lol:

Sadly no, I was told the same thing at my scan. I asked them and she said that was the next step though. Baby is just finally getting in place for you. When baby is engaging I believe you should feel a sense of relief in your breathing and your belly might drop a little bit. Hope this helps. Sorry, I also am waiting for baby to engage.

no unfortunately not... baby engaged is when the head is basically 'stuck' in your pelvis!!! you may feel some relief up near your ribs/with breathing etc... and maybe more pelvic pain, difficulty walking (or some ppl say like a melon bn your legs LOL). some babies dont engage until you are in labour...
