I never felt my baby 'drop'. But you could tell by how my belly was really low, not as high up as before. After about a week I could feel the baby's head perminantly on my bladder and if I still for long periods, it would feel like my belly was going to fall off, LOL.

I felt Ryley engage twice- he went further down each time. Basically i had just been adjusted by my chiropractor and when i got off the table i felt a drop kind of feeling. It really did feel like a dropping. It kinda felt like he was going to fall out- we should be so lucky!!
The added pressure could also be that, but it could also just be the baby's head putting extra pressure onto your pelvis!
