Weaning and making sure Toddler has enough
MJ is 15 months old and is now down to one BF a day (night time) unless she is sick and then she gets more if she needs/wants.
we dropped 2 feeds in 3 weeks and i am worried that she is not getting enough fluids.
We have tried cows milk, goats milk, soy, and rice milk. we have tried it hot and cold and we have tried it sweetened with a little honey.
She wont drink anything else other than water or 1/4 strenght juice...
she has wet nappies o not worried about it from that angle.
But she seems to have lost weight, and she was never a chubby baby anyway...
MJ has yoghurt every night (plain sweetened with a tiny bit of jam) and will occasionally eat some cheese. Cows or soy milk on cereal in the morning she will have
She eats fish and green veg, but i am worried that she may not be egetting enough calcium.
Please can someone put my mind at ease. Or give me some other suggestions
Thanks
