Centrelink - grrrr
I need to ask Centrelink a question but I cannot get through on any enquiry line and haven't been able to for the last 2 hours. I can't even get into the telephone waiting line. Any of course the complaints line won't even pick up. So frustrating!!! Just a vent.

There must be something wrong with their system as DD2 tried to get onto them online, could log in but not open the pages she required.

Maybe you could request a callback through the website. That's the way I prefer to do it, so i don't have to sit there on hold for ages!

the queue's get closed when there are a certain number of people waiting - so as not to have people sitting on hold for hours on end. can you check online for your information (so with your own account if it's directly related) - or post a general question on here if it's general info - there is a lot that you don't actually need to talk to a consultant to find out

I KNOW! when i was on student allowance while at uni and working and having to report what i made i NEVER got through until about 15 mins before closing, you just have to keep redialling and trying trust me! sometimes i DIDNT get through at all and had to report on the monday. GOOD LUCK
