stiches......

i got a 2nd degree tear when giving birth to my bub and got dissolvable stiches does anyone know how long it takes for them to be gone????????????

Mine were gone about 3-4 weeks after DS

With the girls around 1-2 weeks later

I think mine were about 2-3weeks with DS2. I forget how long it took for them to dissolve with DS1.

Not sure how to explain this properly

The part of the stitch that's under the skin dissolved within 1-2 weeks which left the bits on the outside to fall off.

my second degree internals took about 6 months to heal, my episiotomy took about 2 weeks.
