I lost my bump 11 days ago.....

My deepest sympathy to all......

I found out 16 days ago I was pregnant with my second child. We were overjoyed. More excited than the first time round as this baby was long awaited and we were in a better position.....

For four blissful days i planned and dreamt and patted my bump, although it was only visable to me! And on the fourth day i awoke to bleeding and stomach cramps. At the hospital i was given one blood test and one pregnancy test, it was alredy negative. The hormone level in my blood was quite low, we were told to go home and open some wine, i found this callus.

I bled for 4 days although i had no more pain.

My baby is gone, my heart shattered.

Is someone with 'her' now???

How do I go on..........

you go on by remembering this precious gift and remembering that even though they were only with you a short time they made a huge impact on your life.

you never forget the precious moments or enjoyment and excitment you felt when you found out you were pregnant.

yes she is not alone, she is with family and firends and is watching and looking over you and protecting you. they will always be there, the first star to shine at night or the feather that always lands on your shoulder or that butterfly that greets you as you walk out the door.

No woman should go through this and is very "unfair".

I know exactly what you mean about the "visible to you only" belly.

I miscarried my bub last year this time and even though i carried "her" for about the 3 weeks i had known, i had already told DH it was a girl and had even named her "Zara". It is very difficult to deal with when they are gone. You get so attached to them.

I am thinking of you during this difficult time. You will never forget your little bub but it does get easier with time. Allow your time to grieve.

I am sorry for your loss, I know how hard it is.
Don't blame yourself, some babies are given to us just for a short time.
I am not sure if you believe in God but that is what helped me through 3 miscarriages, knowing that there is a purpose for each life however short and understanding that it was not my fault and I could try again when I felt ready.
Give yourself time, vent on here as much as you need to. Try to surround yourself with your family and friends so you feel that you have support.

In answer is someone looking after her?

Well I will share what I belive - we all have a contract and hers was only short. She goes back to Source which is pure love - what Kawzuki said is so true. She will be with you in a way that will become clear to you in time. Sometimes its a flower, a butterfly, a bird, a feather.

Right now, my love and support is with you as you grieve your baby..
