Drinking Chocolate or Milo?
When I make Melting Moments I don't use cocoa... is it for the biscuit or cream centre? I use vanilla and a drop of lemon essence for the centre. The substitution would depend on how you are using it.
i use drinking chocolate instead of cocoa anytime i'm cooking something that needs cocoa - not enough call for cocoa here but drinking chocolate is a fave so always in the cupboard...
Yep, and if you use drinking chocolate reduce the amount of sugar in the recipe :)
This is what I have done in the past...
1 oz unsweetened chocolate = 3 Tbsp. cocoa + 1 Tbsp butter
So you just need to reduce the amount of butter as well ;)

Bathsheba - it is for a recipe for Melting Moments that I found on the side of a YLC Cornflour packet!!! Caught my attention right away esp when they suggested sticking the little biscuits together with NUTELLA!!!!!!! My kids are going to flip out this arvo when they see these ready for them after their nap! lol
