She WAS walking...
but now she isn't, and I dont really know why.
Over 1 week ago, DD started walking. In 2 days she got up to taking more than 8 steps.
But then she stopped, and refuses to take even one step by herself. She LOVES walking while holding my hands, but wont do it by herself.
The only possibility I can think of is on the third day, in the morning, she was standing by her change table and went to walk away from it (and usually she was walking TO something so this was a first) and tripped up a bit and hit her head on the edge of the change table. Im unsure if maybe she is scared of walking unsupported now?
Or is it normal for some babies to go backwards a bit?
Dont really know what the point of this post is, maybe I just needed to get it out and maybe get some opinions.
Thanks for reading :)

Yeh I say if they get a scare its pretty normal. DS had a pretty big fall and split his lip open on the side of the treadmill when he was just starting to walk - he didn't try again for another month or something so I think it really freaked him out.
She's still young though - DS didn't start walking properly till he was 15.5 months.

Thanks for your reply.
Im not too worried that she isnt walking yet, i just got a bit confused (and excited) when she started and then completely stopped.
I guess time will heal her broken confidence :)
