Brisbane ivf clinic advice?????????

DP and i are getting ready to do our first ivf cycle in the next month or two and just wondering if anyone can recommend a ivf clinic or specilist to see as we dont have a clue where would be best to go.we have been ttc for nearly four and a half years with one pregnancy about two and a half years ago that miscarried a week after getting a bfp.will tell you all more about our history later when i have a bit more time spare.but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also has anyone had two embryos transferred their first ivf cycle? aas that is what we'd like to do if possible

QFG are very good, they have a long list of excellent Dr's and I think have some of the best success rates in Queensland and Australia.

Google them and their website comes up.

I am with them and so are some of my friends. I think that the transfer of 2 embryos is very much assessed individually and can be discussed with your chosen Dr.

I see Dr Kilvert at QFG. He's lovely but we haven't had any success yet.

I also have friends who have gone through Life Fertility Clinic and the Wesley (Wesley Monash?). Both of them were very happy too.

I'd say your chances of transferring two probably depends on your age and your Dr. We transferred 1 for our first two transfers, but have transferred 2 since then. We were given the option of transferring 2 at our first transfer but our Dr was very strongly against it.

Thats who we are seriously considering.my best friend used them years ago. i have two daughters from a previous relationship and it only took me a month or two to fall pregnant with them. when my youngest was about 1 yr old i was diagnosed with endometriosis (she turns 8 this weekend). since seperating from their dad i had an implanon in for 12 months.had it removed a bit over 4 yrs ago.since then have had ovarian cysts (possible pcos),have had times where i havent ovulated for months on end (up to twelve months), during a laparoscopy dye was injected into my tubes and while both filled only one spilled out so may be tubal issues too.Dp has slight sperm issues but as gynae at mater said his swimmers are good enough to do the job.have had nearly a year of ovulation induction with either clomid or fsh injections as well as an iui cycle all with no luck.so its only been the pregnancy in 2006 we've had.pregnancy was picked up during ultrasound to check on cysts.i was 5.5 weeks when we found out and miscarried about a week or so later.a lot of DP's family are having babies lately and while im happy for them i keep wondering when its going to be our turn.

Also im wondering about embryo glue with ivf, has anyone used it?

I'm 31 in august, DP is 37 in october
