Does anyone have any suggestions on slow exersises to build up my fitness? i am REALLY unfit and it's kinda scary how quickly im getting puffed out.
Could you start with walking? Do you do anything now?
Walking is the best exercise for weightloss. Start off real slow and do small sessions (10-15mins) of walking instead of a long session (>30mins). You will build up your fitness slowly but surely.
