would this freeze ok?

i want to make up a batch of rice for DD... she eats rice maybe 4 times a week (sometimes with dinner, sometimes lunch) when i have the time, i like to add zuchinni and onion to it (she doesnt notice the difference and still scoffs the lot!)

she isnt too keen on the fried rice i occasionally make dp(with bacon, spring onion, soy sauce etc) so i was thinking of just adding egg, zuchinni & onion... and freezing in small batches, so i can just reheat when i need it.

does cooked rice freeze and reheat ok?

yep...just undercook it slightly and freeze it in the mini snap lock bags.
When you reheat it, add a little water and microwave it

yup I freeze it all the time. And spaghetti :) I make up little frozen dinners for those night that you get sometimes where dinner seems like a climb up Mt Everest.
