i would think that any baby shop that stocks the pram will be able to order you spare parts - when i got a new sling for mine under warranty they even had particular parts sitting out the back (that was babies galore) - just not the bit I needed. They can take some time to come in though if they have to get them from the manufacturing warehouse (not just the distribution warehouse) as that I think is now in china. sometimes ebay has the odd spare sling or stuff on it if thats what you are looking for.
