I have just been having a look on the Fertility Friend website and am a bit confused! Does anyone know how I go about starting to log my information and when do I actually start this? Is it after my next period, if it comes!!?

Ideally you should start collecting information on the first day of bleeding (red blood) which is Cycle Day 1 (CD1). Some people who know they ovulate around a certain cycle day may not record their information until 7 days prior to this date. These ppl have been collecting their data for several months.
As the PP said, it's best to start charting on Day 1 of your cycle (the day AF starts).
