Hi
Just wondering how everyone else going with the tiredness. It has reappeared over the last two weeks and am struggling to keep my eyes open in the evenings. Unfortunately I can't take a "nanna" nap during the day as I'm at work.
What time are you managing to keep awake till in the evenings? Or am I just being a pathetic sook?
Also any suggestions to make it less severe or it is just "one of those things"..
