Matching Girls Names
HELP!! Which of these girls names (if any) match my DD Brooke?
Olivia Grace (too popular?)
Lara Grace
Ava Grace (too popular?)
Leah Grace
DH likes Amelia but I hate the nickname 'Millie'. Any other suggestions are greatly needed to name pink bundle!!
PLEASE...

Zoo - the more common n/n for Amelia is Mia
I think Lara and Leah go better with Brooke, but I think the other 2 go better with Grace.
-
How funny. My DD's name is Brooke and we had picked Leah, Amelia and Grace for our 2nd daughter but none of them went with the name we'd picked for her middle name.
-
All of those names go really well with Brooke. My faves are Olivia and Amelia and Grace is a beautiful middle name.
Amelia is often shortened to Amy or Aims as well. I think Amelia is adorable. I personally love Millie as a nickname too.
-
My daughter is Emilia and not Amelia. She gets called Em. So no Millie (although I do like Millie) Lots of Amelia's get called Mia and even Amy, as well as Millie.
-
I like Leah or Lara - Olivia Grace and especially Ava Grace are just way to common for my liking.
Are you set upon Grace as the middle name?
-
I love Lara and Leah - there's not too many around of either, and I thinkt hey both complement Brooke really nicely.
Good luck with your decision.

Thanks Girls!! Lime slice, no i'm not set on Grace on a middle name but just have no idea what would go with Leah or Lara? I do love Amelia, more Emilia now :D
What about Sophie? Do you think it goes with Brooke? Or is it too popular as well?
We picked Brooke because it was classic and not that popular but also not too modern so that is what we are looking for DD2! Leah is beautiful but am concerned it is too close to my DH's cousins daughter, Tileah, we dont live near or see eachother that often but my MIL talks to Tileahs Grandmother 24/7 so am worried about their response  What do you think?
ANY suggestions would be great!!

I think lara and Ava go best with Brooke.
My niece's name is Lauren which is fairly classic.
-
I have heard Amelia shortened to "Lia" so you could have both Amelia and Leah in one go and both be happy.

hmm....it is hard for me, cos I am not one of those people that thinks the first and second names need to 'go' with each other...I tend to find so many people pick first and second names based on how they sound said together in this sing-song voice lol The chances of the names being said together like that often at all are so slim (unless you are hypenating the first and second names)
So if they sound too sing-song together, I will usually not like them, whereas that tends to be why people choose them iykwim...
With that in mind, some thoughts! lol
Leah Marie
Leah Michelle
Leah Brianna
Leah Paige
Leah Jayne
Leah Natalie
Leah Eliana
Leah Emilia
Lara Marie
Lara Michelle
Lara Paige
Lara Anne
Lara Jennifer
Lara Sophie
Lara Matilda
Lara Emmaline

I think Sofie is lovely :), or even Sofia.
Lots of us, including me at times, discount names because they are popular, but theres a reason why they're so popular - they're often really lovely names :)

DD is Brooke Sienna, what do you think of:
Jade Sophia?
-
I instantly thought Lara when i saw the name :D
My Mum almost named me Brooke but didn't go with my surname and funny thing is i ended up with a name starting with " L " ;)

I think "Brooke & Olivia" just sounds right.
Plus I've been watching a lot of Fringe lately and the main characters name is Olivia and she's an asskicking crime fighting babe so that name is now cool to me. Liv for short :)
