Just wondering if anyone has ever experience or heard of having negative urine tests and then a positive blood test? Would love to hear your views :D

Never heard of it - I would guess its a bad HPT. But I would take the blood test result over the HPT :)
Yes, there were a couple of ladies in our baby buddies thread who still didn't get a +ve with a home test even after the doc had confirmed with a blood test. The blood tests are far more accurate...if there is any doubt you can ask your dr for a quantitative HCG test which tests the actual level in the blood - depending on how many days after conception it should be a certain level which can help to rule out chemical pregnancies, etc.
Good luck!!
Agree with previous poster, I have seen it happen loads with ladies on these forums and others.
Blood tests are way more accurate and HPT's can be skewed by loads of things.

Last time I was at my chemist buying pregnancy tests the shop assistant told me the story of her best friend who was still showing negative urine tests at 8 months pregnant.
Good luck.
I had negative urine (one or two tests a day for 8 weeks) & positive blood (we lost bub a week or so before positive blood). I also had a girlfriend who was still showing a negative urine AFTER getting a positive blood at 17 weeks (her child is now 8).
